Maria Dracula and the Land of Endless-Night

Three years have passed since Marigold has returned to Salem.

Now she prepares to take the Witchcraft Test and assume her powers as the last Grand Herbs Witch of Salem.

But she never forgot Red, how could she? Still, she never found him, for nobody knew where heartless Queen Nocturna had taken refuge upon her trickled return from Rondelia.

Purple grapes and burgundy leaves cover Salem. As nights grow longer, Mayor Icelandia de Winter summons the Lady of Autumnal Leaves to take over the last months of the year.

But on Halloween night, the Black Hollow Lake resonates with a strong commotion no witch can explain. At midnight the wicked witches attack Salem, forcing it back to the Land of Endless-Night.

Everything seems lost.

Will the witches of Salem, Marigold, and Mr. D succeed in fighting these powerful enemies? Will Marigold ever find Red?

Maria Dracula Around the World

A  terrible spell threatens Marigold. It may kill her, or it may turn her into a vampire. And no Salem witch has a cure for her riddle of life and death.

Before it’s too late, Marigold embarks on a voyage around the world, hoping to find a secret to save her.

In Paris, she meets the hunchback kid Quasimodo of Notre Dame. In Istanbul, she encounters Shahrazad who, during her thousand-and-second night of storytelling, reveals Marigold a legend that may shed light on her predicament.

Her steps take Marigold to India and Japan, and to many more wonderlands, then back to Salem through the rainforests of Vancouver Island.

Will Marigold make it around the world in time to save her life? Will she turn into a deadly vampire, like Mr. D? Or will she remain a Salem witch?
